Nara Lokesh Forms Special Team to Rescue Stranded Andhra Pilgrims in Kedarnath

In response to distress calls from pilgrims from Andhra Pradesh stranded in Kedarnath, Minister Nara Lokesh has swiftly established a special rescue team to facilitate their safe return. The matter came to Lokesh's attention after a Telugu Desam social media worker raised the alarm on X (formerly Twitter), tagging him in a post about around 20 pilgrims caught in severe weather conditions in Uttarakhand. Heavy rains had left the pilgrims stranded without adequate food and water supplies.
Taking immediate action, Lokesh assembled a team dedicated to ensuring the safe return of the pilgrims. “I will personally oversee their rescue and make sure they return safely,” Lokesh assured, underlining his commitment to resolving the situation.
