Nawazuddin Siddiqui to Debut Telugu Film!

Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has recently made his debut in Tamil through Rajinikanth’s film Petta. And now, he is keen to debut in Telugu and it is said that he has given nod to act under the direction of Tharun Bhascker. According to the sources, Tharun Bhascker has met Venkatesh Daggubati and explained his script. Liking the script very much, Venky has given nod to him verbally. Currently, Tharun is busy in making minor changes to the script. After finalizing it, an official announcement regarding the film will be made.

Now, it is revealed that Nawazuddin is going to play a key role in this film. Seeing Venkatesh and Nawazuddin together would be quite interesting to the Telugu audience. The film will be set against the backdrop of a horse racing club in Hyderabad. Touted to be an action comedy, this film will be bankrolled by Suresh Babu under his Suresh Productions. “It will be the story of Jockey who changes into a horse racing gambler. The film will have good comedy and action scenes,” said the source.

The official announcement will be made soon and the title will also be revealed then. Currently, Venkatesh is busy with his upcoming multi-starrer Venky Mama in which his Nephew Naga Chaitanya is playing another lead. On the other side, Nawazuddin Siddiqui is busy with the promotions of his next movie ‘Motichoor Chaknachoor’.
