New Leader in Reddy Bastion: No Reason for Surveys

Party officials are being transferred left, right, and center by Jagan Mohan Reddy. There's talk that he plans to amend at least 82 seats. Some of the seated MLAs and Ministers might be forced to switch seats or will be left with no seats for 2024.
Despite the YSR Congress's extravagant claims, it seems more like an ultimatum to ward off anti-incumbency feelings and probable defeat. Rumour has it that this time not even Jammalamadugu's current MLA will be given a ticket.
After Jagan's Pulivendula, Jammalamadugu has the second-highest Reddy population in the state. Adi Narayana Reddy and Rama Subba Reddy governed Jammalamadugu for many years. Even though they were both in the TDP in 2019, the YSR Congress prevailed in Jammalamadugu.
Moreover, Sudheer Reddy of the YSR Congress earned a majority of over 50,000 votes there. It is a sign of how strong the anti-incumbency sentiment is if Jagan is considering running a different candidate for that seat as well.
Rumour has it that either Jagan's uncle Ravindranath Reddy or another relative, Avinash Reddy, who is currently the MP for Kadapa, may run from Jammalamadugu.
