No Alliance with TDP in AP: Says AP Congress Leader Byrreddy Rajasekhara Reddy
After the results of Telangana elections, some Congress leaders are of the opinion that the party failed in the elections because of the alliance with TDP.
It is well known that the Congress-TDP alliance didn’t achieve the expected results in impressing Telangana voters and Congress blamed the alliance with TDP for their failure. But PCC chief Uttam Kumar Reddy told there are other reasons for their defeat in the elections and supported Chandrababu Naidu.
It is now the turn of AP Congress leaders to express their opinions with forthcoming elections. AP Congress leader Byrreddy Rajasekhara Reddy spoke against Chandrababu Naidu by expressing that Congress lost the Telangana elections because of the alliance with TDP. He strongly believes that alliance with TDP destroyed the winning chances of Congress in Telangana.
Reddy feel that alliance with TDP will harm the party in AP elections too. So, he strongly appeals the party leaders to contest in the elections without any alliances with other parties.
