No Phones, No Celebrities: Vijay and Rashmika Plan Private Wedding and Break
Actors Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are reportedly set to marry on February 26 in Udaipur in a strictly private ceremony attended only by immediate family and close friends. In a move aimed at maintaining confidentiality, the couple has imposed a no-phone policy for guests, and even the official photography team has signed non-disclosure agreements.
Pre-wedding rituals have already been conducted separately by both families, honouring their respective traditions. The pair has also personally written handwritten notes requesting blessings instead of gifts, reflecting a thoughtful and understated approach.
Interestingly, no film industry colleagues have been invited to the wedding. However, a larger reception is expected in Hyderabad on March 4.
After the ceremony, the couple reportedly plans to take a month-long break from professional commitments. Their relationship, which blossomed after their collaborations in Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade, has long drawn public curiosity.
