OTT Law: Scenes with adults are fine, but no tobacco

Official sources say that soon, Over-the-Top (OTT) sites may require anti-smoking warnings and disclaimers like those in movies and TV shows.
Reports say that the Health Ministry will tell OTT platforms that if they show tobacco goods or people using them. At the beginning and middle of the show, they have to show health spots that tell people not to smoke for at least 30 seconds.
Also, when tobacco products are shown, a large, static sign about the health risks of smoking should be shown at the bottom of the screen, along with a 20-second audio-visual warning about the risks of smoking at the beginning and middle of the program.
Strangely, web series can have extreme violence, obscene sex scenes, and bad language without being censored, but smoking tobacco worries the health minister. Violence and bad language are worse than showing someone smoking a cigarette because they can make a very bad effect on the young minds of India.
