One More Female Lead In Prabhas Starrer Jaan

Prabhas is currently busy working with Pooja Hegde in his upcoming romantic entertainer, tentatively titled as Jaan, directed by Radha Krishna Kumar of Jil fame.

Now as per the latest update, the makers have roped one more young actress Riddhi Kumar in the upcoming film. Riddhi is a well-known face for Telugu audiences as she made her debut in Tollywood industry with the movie Lover, in which she shared the screen space with young and energetic actor Raj Tharun. Now she has been approached to play a crucial role in Radha Krishna Kumar’s directorial venture.

Currently, the shoot of Jaan is going on in specially constructed sets in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. Though there is no update about the role of Riddhi in Jaan, the sources say that she will be playing a crucial role. Riddhi Kumar is seen in many films, some of her popular movies are Pranaya Meenukalude Kadal and Anaganaga O Premakatha.

As the film Jaan is set in 1970s Europe, the team intends to recreate the sets instead of opting for graphics as it will reduce the workload and expenses as well. The Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer is being bankrolled by Gopi Krishna Movies and UV Creations. Chandrasekar Yeleti has written the story for the film.
