PM Modi Paid Tribute on Nehru’s Death Anniversary

Current Prime minister Narendra Modi paid his tributes on the 55th death anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and stated that all remember his contribution towards the nation, re-elected PM of India Modiji, tweeted this morning.
Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of India was also a longest serving PM and had fought for India’s freedom against the British rule. He was also arrested several times during his freedom fighting. After India got independence in 1947, Jawaharlal Nehru became the first Prime minister and served India till 27th May 1964, his death.
All other leaders who paid their tributes were Union Minister Rajnath, Vice President Venkaiah Naidu, and West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee. All tweeted their tributes, as to they remember his contribution to India and the society. Also his hand in the building of modern India.
