PMO Detecting The Situation In Amaravati

On the 27th of this month, AP Cabinet will sit in Vishakapatnam and approve the Report of GN Rao Committee. The Cabinet will decide on The 3-Capitals proposal. The farmers who have given their lands for Amaravati are in anguish. They have hit the roads and demanding the rollback of the proposal.

Some Senior All India Service Officers working in AP are also giving inputs to the Prime Minister’s Office. Amaravati farmers are demanding the interference of the Central Government in this issue. And they want the central government to stop this decision of YS Jagan.
Some political experts say that Capital Change is an executive decision of the State Government and the Central Government may not interfere in this. The clarity on this may appear only after the cabinet takes a formal decision.
