Pawan Kalyan Gets Help in His Defamation Case

A volunteer woman sued the leader of the Jana Sena, Pawan Kalyan, for criminal slander in the Vijayawada City Civil Court. Yesterday, the petition was supposed to be heard in court, and people were paying close attention to what was going on.

According to the most recent news, the court has sent back the volunteer's case, saying that the volunteer needs to show more proof that Pawan Kalyan's words hurt the image of volunteers. It also said that they don't have any power over the motion.

The person who filed the case said that Pawan's comments during the Varahi Yatra in Eluru had caused the workers a lot of mental stress.

The women workers were trying to get Pawan in trouble with the law, so they asked the court to use Sections 499, 500, 504, and 505 against him. They insisted on a full study and the right legal action to be taken against him for what they thought were false comments.
