Pawar Anticipating Loss: BJP
The BJP on Wednesday hit out at Nationalist Congress Party boss Sharad Pawar for throwing slanders on EVMs and the election procedure, as a rule, asserting that the veteran chief had foreseen the NCP's annihilation in the pivotal Baramati Lok Sabha voting demographic, the bastion of the Pawar group.
"By indicating an accusatory finger, the implied altering of EVMs, Mr. Pawar has just begun setting up his reasons as he has detected that not a solitary individual from his family will be chosen to the Lok Sabha," said State Revenue Minister Chandrakant Patil in Jalgaon.
Communicating certainty that the BJP would win Baramati as well as other western Maharashtra voting demographics of Madha, Hatkanangale, and Satara, Mr. Patil said it was just an issue of tallying the triumph edges now.
In a meeting to a vernacular channel Mr. Pawar, while reacting to an inquiry on what might occur if the BJP's expectations of frightening constituent miracles in a few indispensable voting publics like Baramati demonstrated genuinely, had purportedly said that individuals would lose confidence in the appointive procedure in that.
