Police Complaint Filed Against Sonu Sood!

Actor Sonu Sood has become quite popular during the time of coronavirus pandemic as he helped a lot of people in different ways. On social media, we can see many users sharing the greatness of him. Not just that, he is also a superb actor who worked for many Telugu and Hindi films.

Now, the news that a police complaint has lodged against this actor has left many people in shock. BMC- Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has taken an action against Sonu Sood for converting a 6 storey residential building in Juhu into a hotel without getting permission from the civic body.

The complaint was filed on 4 January 2021 in which it said that he had converted a residential building named Shakti Sagar in Juhu AB Nair Road into the hotel without the permission of the user permissions. Mumbai civic body asked the Juhu police to take cognizance of the offence committed by Sonu Sood under the Maharashtra Region and Town Planning Act citing unauthorized additions, alteration and change of the user.

BMC officials said that Sonu Sood continued the unauthorized development even after sending the notices to him. However, Sonu Sood said that he has permission from BMC – Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation for change of user and he is only waiting for the clearance from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority.
