Ponniyin Selvan Gives Big Shock To RRR Director

Ponniyan Selvan, directed by Mani Ratnam, is a movie that many are waiting for eagerly. It is gearing up for the grand release this Friday. Baahubali and RRR director SS Rajamouli is a perfectionist and takes multiple years to carve out his projects.
Incidentally, Tamil actor Jayam Ravi who is essaying the role of Arulmozhivarman in PS -1, has revealed that Rajamouli was absolutely shocked when he heard about one particular aspect of the film.
He said, “Recently I met Rajamouli sir and I told him that we shot both parts of the movie in around 150 days. After hearing this the director got a huge shock and asked me if I was pranking him by saying they wrapped the shoot in just 150 days. I then had to seriously confirm that we did indeed wrap the shoot in 150 days.”
The advance bookings of the film, Ponniyan Selvan have already started, and the recent report is that filling is quite dull. The movie is mainly portrayed as a Tamil stars and that is the reason, there is not much buzz. In the days to come, the word of mouth might change.
