Pooja Hegde In A Female-Centric Film

Pooja Hegde is no doubt one of the top actresses in Tollywood. In recent years, it is Pooja Hegde and Rashmika Mandanna who appeared in most of the films. The charm of the beauties is attracting filmmakers and the audience. Keeping aside the beauty, they also have acting skills. But none of them until now tried female-oriented films.

If a heroine acts in a female-centric film, she will have a lot of scope to make the audience understand her talent. We have already seen Anushka, Charmee, Samantha and other actresses playing female-centric roles and getting fame back then. Now, according to the sources, Pooja Hegde has got that opportunity, too.

Director Hanu Raghavapudi who earlier helmed movies such as Padi Padi Leche Manasu, Lie, and Krishna Gadi Veera Prema Gaadha has approached Pooja to play the lead role in a female-oriented film. Though this director has no hits, sources said that Pooja liked the script and so she agreed to do it. However, she is yet to sign this project.

Pooja Hegde is in a success zone with continuous hits. Her recent flick Ala Vaikunthapuramulo with Allu Arjun has become a blockbuster and her beauty and performance in the film was praised by one and all. Currently, she has two Telugu projects in her hand. One is Akhil Akkineni’s ‘Most Eligible Bachelor’ and the other is Prabhas’s next film.
