Pooja Hegde Replacing Rashmika Mandana?

We are aware of the news that Parasuram has joined hands with Akkineni Naga Chaitanya for a film, which will be produced by 14 Reels banner. Earlier it was heard that Kannada beauty, Rashmika Mandanna will be playing the female lead in this film but now as per the latest update, the producer is planning to rope in dusky siren Pooja Hegde on board to play the female lead in the upcoming film.

Rashmika's previous two films, Mahesh Babu starrer Sarileru Neekevvaru and Nithiin starrer Bheeshma emerged as blockbuster hits at the box office, so Parasuram is planning to approach Rashmika Mandana for the female lead. Actually, the producer has paid a whopping advance to Pooja Hegde when she did Gaddalakonda Ganesh film for them. But now it is a sudden surprise for Naga Chaitanya and Parasuram, as the producer is said to be insisting on the change of heroine.

Previously, Naga Chaitanya has worked with Pooja Hegde in the film Oka Laila Kosam, which was a commercial flop at the box office and failed to impress the audience. On the other side, Parasuram is interested to work with Rashmika with whom he has worked for romantic hit entertainer Geetha Govindam. But the producer is insisting to bring Pooja Hegde as the leading lady.

On the work front, Pooja Hegde is currently working with Akhil Akkineni in Most Eligible Bachelor and Rashmika Mandanna is getting ready to work with Allu Arjun.
