Prathi Roju Pandage Review

Cast: Sai Dharam Tej, Raashi Khanna, Rao Ramesh,
Director: Maruthi Dasari
Prathi Roju Pandage Story:
The film shows the relationship between Sai Tej (Sai Dharam Tej) and his father Rao Ramesh. Satyaraj, father of Rao Ramesh and grandfather of Sai Tej is diagnosed with lung cancer. Sai Tej wants to fulfill all of his grandfather's desires before his death. He reaches Rajahmundry and changes the life of Satyaraj, making him live the life he dreams of.
Satyaraj's sons and daughters enter the village forcefully. Though they don't understand him initially, they realize the family values and worth of their father later (in the second half). The story shifts to a hospital with a twist. The climax can be expected easily. However, we are not revealing it here as it would be better if you watch it on a big screen.
Prathi Roju Pandage Review:
Sai Dharam Tej has improved a lot, performance-wise. The fight scene where he was seen without a shirt, with a six-pack is the highlight. Raashi Khanna as a Tik-Tok lover has created good humor here and there. Satyaraj as an emotional and funny person at the same time has managed it well. Rao Ramesh as a selfish son is good. The scenes between Rao Ramesh and Hari Teja are funny. But there are only a few funny scenes and everything else is routine. We have seen these sentimental scenes and similar concepts multiple times before. Sometimes, the emotions too haven't worked.
Director Maruthi's narration is below par. Choosing the routine and predictable story with very few fun scenes is a drawback. Production values are good. The camera work is decent. Music by Thaman is impressive. Editing is okay. But as the story has nothing has new to offer, all the talent of the crew is wasted.
What's Good?

production values
Camera work
Music
What's Okay?

What's Bad?
Routine and predictable storyline
Verdict: If you are not bored off with the routine family entertainers and can enjoy family emotions and little fun, you can go for it. If you are looking for a unique story, check for other films.
