Producer Bandla Ganesh Arrested!

A non-bailable warrant (NBW) has been issued against Bandla Ganesh regarding the cheque bounce case filed by Mahesh from Proddutur. He was arrested and sent to remand till November 4^th. The case was filed on Bandla as he failed to keep his promise of repaying Rs 20 lakh to Mahesh. Bandla Ganesh has failed to attend the court and so the court has issued NBW against him. The Banjara Hills police have arrested Bandla Ganesh on Wednesday and presented him before Kadapa Magistrate on Thursday.

According to the police, Bandla has given a cheque to Mahesh which was bounced at the bank and so Mahesh filed a complaint against him. “Recently, the Kadapa court issued an NBW against Ganesh for not appearing before it, despite several summonses. Then, the court directed us to arrest him,” a police officer said. Bandla Ganesh is also accused of cheating another financier and producer PVP (Potluri V Prasad).

Ganesh had borrowed Rs 34 crores from Prasad to make Temper, which was released in 2015. Though the amount was returned, the case was filed for not paying the interest. On the flip side, Ganesh is making his comeback through Mahesh Babu’s ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’. Anil Ravipudi revealed that Bandla will make people laugh hard in the theatres.
