RRR To Release On Dusshera 2021?

SS Rajamouli’s upcoming project RRR is delayed by more than a year for now. In the month of February, this year filmmakers confirmed that pan-India biggie RRR will hit screens on 8th January 2021.

After a COVID-19 break, SS Rajamouli resumed the shoot and he is working without breaks. The entire shooting portions of the flick will be completed by March at any cost. With huge financial stress mounting from all the corners, Rajamouli decided to release the flick for Dusshera 2021.

The director already started the post-production work of RRR. Though there are speculations that the movie will release for Sankranthi 2022, SS Rajamouli is working on a faster note to release the flick much in advance.

Rajamouli is also keen to announce the release date of RRR. Ram Charan is tested +ve for COVID and the shoot resumes once he recovers. The episodes that don’t need Ram Charan are canned currently. NTR too is on a New Year break as of now.

RRR, financed by DVV Danayya, is a period drama that revolves around the fictional exploits of two real freedom fighters Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem.
