Rajinikanth Requests Fans Not To Celebrate His Birthday

Rajinikanth, who turns 70 on December 12, has requested his fans not to celebrate his birthday. Instead, he asked them to help the poor. Recently, at the audio launch of his upcoming movie Darbar, Rajni spoke to his fans, "As you all know, I don't celebrate my birthdays with fans. I request all of my fans to not celebrate my birthday grandly. Instead, I urge them to help those who are in need." Rajini is well-known for making donations, meeting his fans and helping the people in need.
At the event, Rajini has also spoken about director AR Murugadoss and Nayanthara. Speaking about Murugadoss, Rajinikanth said that he loves Murugadoss films Ramana (2002) and Ghajini (2008). “I want to work with him for a long time. When Kabali and Kaala were being made, he showed an interest in a police officer story. When Petta was released, Murugadoss understood what kind of roles I like and came up with Darbar script in a week. I am happy to work with the director who can show message and entertainment at the same time,” Rajini said.
After 25 years, Rajinikanth is playing the role of a cop in this movie. Lyca Productions is bankrolling the project. Nivetha Thomas is playing the daughter of Rajinikanth in the film. Suniel Shetty, Prateik Babbar, and Yogi Babu will be seen in key roles.
