Rakul Preet Singh Opens Up on Nepotism and Its Challenges
Rakul Preet Singh recently shared her thoughts on nepotism in the entertainment industry during an interview on The Ranveer Show. Acknowledging that nepotism has impacted her career, Rakul revealed she has lost out on roles because of it. However, she chooses not to dwell on missed opportunities, saying, “Maybe those films weren’t meant for me.”
Rakul emphasized that nepotism isn't exclusive to the film industry, drawing parallels with other professions, including medicine. She believes that recognizing and accepting such challenges is crucial for personal growth. Despite facing hurdles, she remains optimistic, preferring to focus on her work rather than lament over setbacks.
Rakul also touched on the topic of star kids, expressing that she would support her future children if they wanted to pursue a career in films, crediting their parents for the opportunities they might receive. She sees this as a natural advantage earned through hard work.
On the work front, Rakul is currently busy filming De De Pyaar De 2, co-starring Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan, a sequel that has already generated high anticipation.
