Ram Gopal Varma’ Murder Trailer Revealed

Controversial director Ram Gopal Varma's Murder is all set to hit the theatres on December 24 and he has just released another trailer of the movie, which is based on the honor killing of a Dalit person Pranay in Miryalaguda, region of Telangana when he married Amrutha, who is the daughter of Maruthi Rao.

Maruthi Rao allegedly hired goons to brutally murder Pranay on September 2018 and the incident shook the entire nation and it was marked as one of the top stories on every channel.

Helmed and written by Anand Chandra, the movie will be presented by RGV. Using his expertise in making films inspired by real-life incidents, he has once again chosen a controversial story to present on screen. While introducing the characters, he posted as, “Here is MURDER official Trailer 2 ..FILM COMING TO FOR A KILL RELEASE ON DECEMBER 24th. Earlier, Pranay’s father Bala Swamy had registered a case against the director RGV in Nalgonda district court for earning on his son’s death. Speaking to the media, he said, “Amrutha is still trying to move on from that brutal incident and it is not fair for him to use Pranay’s death to make a film. Already there were many people on internet who were abusing Amrutha for marrying Pranay and this film Murder has once again provoked all those people to slut-shame her.” However, the film has crossed all these legal hurdles and will hit the theatres soon.
