Ramanaidu Studios Shutting Down?

In what could be termed as an end of an era, a wing of the famous Ramanaidu Studios, which was located at Nanakramguda will be shutting down very soon. As per the latest reports, son of Daggubati Ramanaidu, Daggubati Suresh Babu, legendary producer and founder of Ramanaidu Studios; has engaged in a deal with Meenakshi Constructions, a real estate business that specializes in developing properties in main areas.

As per the official sources, the last shooting in the studios will be of Bellamkonda Srinivas movie. Santhosh Srinivas is helming the movie. The construction business will develop the property along the lines of a gated community in this soon-to-be-shut studio area. As the real estate boom picking up, and the city of Hyderabad slowly moving towards the Outer Ring Road(ORR) Suresh Babu has felt that it would be wise to get rid of this studio responsibility at this point of time, rather than sticking on to it.

However, many people think Ramanaidu Studios at Nanakramguda is not just a studio but a place where thousands of films and many actors have had the greatest and memorable moments of their lives.
