Ramya Krishna’s Marathi Film in Telugu!

Yesteryear actress Ramya Krishna who was very popular in 90s is getting back all her lost fame in recent years! With Baahubali, Ramya has been applauded by the audience for her terrific performance as Sivagami. Later, she was seen in a few Telugu and Tamil films. Her last film ‘Super Deluxe’ has become a big hit and her performance as a pornographic actress is applauded by critics. And now, the actress is going to be seen in the remake of the 2016 Marathi film ‘Natsamrat’ which stars Nana Patekar in the leading role in the original film. Medha Manjrekar has played the role of Nana Patekar's wife. The film has earned Rs 50 crores at the box office.

Now, this film is being remade in Telugu and the makers have titled it as ‘Ranga Maarthaanda’. Krishan Vamsi is directing the film while Abhishek Jawkar and Madhu Kalipu are jointly producing the film under Red Bulb Movies, House Full Movies and SVR group. In Telugu remake, actor Prakash Raj is replacing Nana Patekar and Ramya Krishna is playing his wife. The film will go on floors soon and more details will be unveiled in the coming days.

Ramya Krishna is going to be seen in the film Uyarndha Manithan which is being directed by Tamizhvaanan. She is also acting in Kamal Kaasan’s Sabaash Naidu and Venkat Prabhu’s Party.
