Rana Daggubati In A Malayalam Remake

Earlier it was reported that Sithara Entertainments acquired the remake rights of Malayalam blockbuster movie Ayyappanum Koshiyum. Currently, the makers are in search of actors and the director for the film. Recently there was a strong buzz in the film circles that makers are planning to rope in Nandamuri Balakrishna and Young Tiger Jr NTR to play the lead roles in Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake.

Later, there were speculations that Manchu Vishnu has been approached for the remake of the mass entertainer. But now, as per the recent reports, the makers of Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake are planning to rope in Rana Daggubati. If everything will go as per plan and Rana gives his green signal for the project then, he will be seen reprising the role of Pruthviraj in this remake.

As per the sources, the director and the other lead actor will be finalized very soon once after the coronavirus outbreak comes to an end. S Naga Vamsi is going to produce this upcoming remake. On the other hand, currently, Rana is working with Sai Pallavi for the upcoming movie Virata Parvam, which is jointly produced by Suresh Babu and Sudhakar Cherukuri.

Sai Pallavi will be seen playing the role of a Naxalite and the actress also underwent some vigorous training for the movie. Apart from this film, Rana will also be seen in the film Aranya/Haathi Mere Saathi.
