Release Date Of Karthikeya 2 Is Officially Announced

Nikhil Siddharth and Anupama Parameswaran’s upcoming mystery thriller movie Karthikeya 2 is the sequel of the original Karthikeya, which was released in the year 2014. Now, the sequel is also helmed by Chandoo Mondeti, who directed the first part.

Today, the confusion has been raised among the movie lovers and audience that the movie would be postponed to the other day of its actual release date. Initially, the movie was scheduled to hit the theatres on July 22nd. But due to the release of Naga Chaitanya’s Thank You on the same day, the makers pushed the release date to August 12.

But now, the team has held a press meet based on some unknown reasons, and officially announced that the film’s release date is again postponed to August 13. Announcing the same, the makers took to social media and posted, “The release date woes of Karthikeya 2 continue. Film will now release on August 13th instead of 12th!”

It is also heard that Colours Swathi, who was the female lead in the first part of the film, is also a part of the sequel now. It is jointly produced by Abhishek Agarwal Arts and People Media Factory. Anupam Kher, Aditya Menon, Harsha Chemudu and Srinivasa Reddy are the prominent roles.
