Rumors On Rana's Health

For a few months, rumors are doing the rounds of social media regarding Rana Daggubati’s health. Earlier, it was reported that Rana and his family were in the US for his kidney transplant. After Rana posted a pic of himself in which he looked lean, fans were concerned about his health. Though Rana trashed out the rumors and said that he is completely healthy, the gossips are not coming to an end.

"I think there were enough speculations about it (kidney transplant), and I am tired of clarifying that I am absolutely fine and healthy. So I think rumors on my health are now a boring topic. Whenever I leave Hyderabad, people get apprehensive, but I am thankful for the love and the concern people have been showering on me," Rana said earlier. He also said that he went to the US to take care of the pre-production of his upcoming film Hiranyakashyapa.

He said that the film is being made on a huge budget. "I came to the US to work on the film’s pre-visualization concepts with various VFX companies," Rana said. Sources close to Rana also confirmed that he is completely fine. Besides Hiranyakashyapa, Rana will also be seen in 6 films. Rana has also become popular in Bollywood as his performance in recent flick, Housefull 4, garnered him praises from everyone.

Virata Parvam, directed by Venu Udugula and starring Rana, will be released on 16 April 2020 and Sai Pallavi is playing the lead in this film. He will also be seen in 2 Hindi films, Haathi Mere Saathi and Bhuj: The Pride of India. In Tamil, he will be seen in a key role in the biopic of cricketer Muttiah Muralitharan. In Malayalam, he is acting under the direction of K Madhu for Marthanda Varma. Apart from these films, he will be seen in a trilingual movie Aranya, simultaneously releasing in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.
