Sai Pallavi Finally Breaks Her Silence

Finally, after the release of the action thriller movie Virata Parvam, actress Sai Pallavi broke her silence over her remarks on the Kashmir genocide and cow lynching. The actress issued a clarification after her remarks in an interview on the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits in the year 90s triggered a controversy on social media.
She shared a video on Instagram and posted: Here is my clarification! I wish you all happiness, peace and love! She said that her intention was to convey that violence in the name of religion is a sin and that snippets of the media interaction were taken out of context. She added that the actress would think twice before speaking her heart.
Sai Pallavi said, “I will be thinking twice before speaking my heart because I am anxious that my words may be misinterpreted.”
She said, “I don’t think any of us has the right to take the life of another person. Being a medical graduate, I believe that all lives are equal and important. I hope the day does not come when a child is born and he/ she is scared of his/ her identity.”
We have already reported that a complaint was registered against the actress in Hyderabad by Bajrang Dal leaders who said she made derogatory comments on gau rakshaks. The actress also drew wrath on social media for belittling the tragedy of the Kashmiri Pandits by comparing it with lynching.
