South actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu has been making headlines for her item number in Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer recently released film Pushpa: The Rise, which is helmed by Sukumar.

This was the first time the actress performed an item number and needless to say, she has nailed it. The song has gone viral and people are loving her bold and sizzling avatar as she grooves to the peppy beats ‘Oo Antava Oo Oo Antava’. It is known news that she received Rs 1.5 Cr for shaking the leg for this special song in Pushpa: The Rise.

But the PR team of Samantha, to keep the actress in high demand in the Bollywood Industry started spreading the news that she was paid Rs 5 Cr for this special song. Recently it was also heard that initially, the actress did not agree to do the item number but when Allu Arjun convinced her, she gave her a green signal.

Getting Rs 5Cr for the item song gives a clear hint that the actress needs to get on par with Bollywood top actresses Deepika Padukone or Alia Bhat for a full-length role in the Bollywood films. Samantha has already earned a Pan-India following with her web series ‘The Family Man2.’
