Samantha's Big Decision

Akkineni Samantha is enjoying a dream run at the box office. The Actress cum producer is undoubtedly one of the top heroines in Tollywood, with back-to-back success to her name, the actress is enjoying the best time of her career right now.

Many believe that the actress has been more successful in her second innings, which is after marriage, than in her first innings. Though many expected that she would take a break from the film industry after marriage, giving priority to her married life, and motherhood that generally follows. But she took everyone by surprise.

In a recent interview, Samantha spoke about her future. To everyone’s surprise, she said that she is likely to quit films in a couple of years. She said, "See, I’m married, and I have a family of my own. Moreover, a heroine’s career is short."

"I have always given my best on the screen and will continue to do so until my last film. I think I will only act for the next 2-3 years," she said. With the actress set to retire from film career, many are believing that the couple, Chaitu – Sam are planning for a kid, and this could be the reason behind her decision.
