Several leaders from Maharashtra join BRS in front of CM KCR.
K. Chandrashekhar Rao paid tribute to great Marathas like Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Basaveshwara, Dr BR Ambedkar, AnnaBhau Sathe, Mahatma Phule, and Ahilyabai Holkar.
On Sunday, more leaders from different parties in Maharashtra joined the Bharat Rashtra Samithi during Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao's visit to Nanded.
Shankar Anna Dhondge, a former MLA and president of the National Congress Party's Kisan Cell, was one of them. So were Haribhau Rathore, Harshavardhan Jadhav, Dr Vasanth Rao Bonde, Nagnath Ghisewad, Dalit leader Suresh Gaikwad, Yashpal Bhinge, and others.
Several people in charge at the Zilla Parishad level also came to the party.
Before the event, the Chief Minister arrived in Nanded and went to the home of former Kandhar MLA Shankar Anna Dhondge. From there, he went to where the event was being held. Chandrashekhar Rao paid tribute to Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Basaveshwara, Dr BR Ambedkar, AnnaBhau Sathe, Mahatma Phule, and Ahilyabai Holkar before he spoke.
BRS MPs J Santosh Kumar, Divakonda Damodar Rao, MLCs Madhusudan Chary, Deshapathi Srinivas, former minister Tummala Nageshwar Rao, MLAs A Jeevan Reddy, Balka Suman, Shakeel Ahmed, BRS Kisan Cell president Gurnam Singh, BRS General Secretary Himanshu Tiwari, Odisha BR's leader Akshay Kumar, former MLA Deepak Athram, former MP Haribhau Rathore, TSIIC Chairman Gyadari Balamallu and others accompanied the Chief Minister.
