Shahid Kapoor Replaces Natural Star Nani!

Everyone knows how 'Jersey' has earned the love of the Telugu audience. The passionate movie made everyone emotional in the theatres. The actress Shraddha Srinath who made her Telugu debut through this film has also impressed the audience with her simplicity and acting skills. Overall, the film became a super hit, collecting Rs 48 crores at the box office! The budget for the film is said to be Rs 10 crores.

Earlier, it is revealed that Jersey will be remade in Hindi. And now, it is revealed that Allu Aravind, Dil Raju and Aman Gill will jointly produce the film and Goutam Tinnuri, the directior of the original film, will direct the Hindi version too. And even more, interesting news is that Shahid Kapoor is playing the lead in the film. Earlier, this hero has acted as the lead in Telugu super hit film Arjun Reddy remake and the film has become a blockbuster, collecting Rs 379 crores at the box office whereas the budget is just Rs 60 crores!

And so, this Bollywood hero has signed for this remake film confidently and the film will go on floors very soon. We have to wait and see if this film too become a super hit in Hindi and crosses the collections of the original film! This movie will hit the screens on August 28, 2020.
