Shiv Sena Mouthpiece Shuffles An Editorial To Negate The Impact Of KCR In Maharashtra
Saamna, Shiv Sena's mouthpiece from Uddhav Thackeray faction, has shuffled an editorial in order to negate the effects that KCR's blunt remarks and public meetings have had in Maharashtra.
The editorial has attempted to convey that the BRS will allow the BJP to divide votes that could otherwise go to the Shiv Sena by referring to the BRS as the 'B' team of the BJP.
According to the report, KCR is appealing Maharashtra's farmers on an emotional level to vote for him. However, the big picture is that his party would open the doors for BJP to split the vote. Politics in BJP have always been this way.
Although Rao has successfully carried out a number of these plans to raise the living conditions of the farmers there, nobody can predict if his party would hold onto power in 2024.
After describing Rao's fight against the Centre's persuasion strategies, particularly against the misuse of central investigation agencies, it is claimed that the BJP previously "used" Asaduddin Owaisi, the leader of the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), to split votes and that it is currently attempting to take advantage of the BRS's presence in Maharashtra.
Prior to Saamna, MP Sanjay Raut of the Shiv Sena (UBT faction) and Ajit Pawar of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) both attempted to downplay the BRS's growing prominence in Maharashtra by stating that the party would not be able to expand their support base there.
