Shocker for Koratala Siva as Supreme Court Upholds Legal Challenge!

Celebrated director and writer Koratala Siva finds himself entangled in a legal dispute following a petition filed against him. Writer Sarath Chandra has accused Koratala of plagiarizing his story, originally published in Swathi magazine, to create the film "Srimanthudu."
Sarath Chandra lodged his complaint in the Nampally court, leading to the court's decision to initiate criminal proceedings against Koratala. In an attempt to contest the charges, Koratala sought recourse in the Telangana High Court.
However, to his dismay, the High Court echoed the lower court's verdict. Undeterred, Koratala then approached the Supreme Court in a bid to extricate himself from the legal quagmire.
Presenting the evidence put forth by Sarath Chandra, the Supreme Court ruled that Koratala should face charges in accordance with the directives of the local courts. This development has sent shockwaves through the director/writer's professional standing, and the unfolding legal proceedings continue to be a source of uncertainty. Currently engrossed in the PAN Indian movie "Devara" with NTR, Koratala's future in the film industry remains in question.
