Star Maa Acquires Salaar Satellite Rights

Young Rebel star Prabhas starring Salaar is an upcoming Indian action thriller drama penned and helmed by Prashanth Neel, which features Krack actress Shruti Haasan as the leading actress. The upcoming action movie is bankrolled by Vijay Kiragandur under Hombale Films.

The big budget movie is being shot simultaneously in Kannada and Telugu languages. Now as per the latest report, Star MAA has acquired the satellite rights of Salaar.

If the latest reports are to be believed, the satellite rights deal of the film Salaar, directed by Prashanth Neel has been closed and the rights have fetched a fancy price. On the otherside, the film is still in the shooting phase and its satellite rights deal has been closed already.

Recently during the media interaction director, Prashanth Neel had said that the storyline for Salaar holds enough potential to be converted into two parts. The first part will give an insight into the world of Salaar and the second part is likely to be a penultimate movie.

Alongside Salaar, Prabhas will also be seen in Radha Krishna Kumar’s Radhe Shyam which is directed by Radha Krishna Kumar and is jointly bankrolled by UV Creations, Gopi Krishna Movies, and T-Series. The movie also features Krishnam Raju, Sachin Khedekar, Bhagyashree and Priyadarshi in crucial roles.
