Sudden Fall of Modi Govt!
BJP has promised many things before elections. He assured ‘Ache Din’ for the people by introducing GST, monetization, special status for Andhra Pradesh.
But ignoring everything and crushing CBI, the BJP is surrounded always by controversies. Today is even bad day for BJP that it can’t forget this day in life-time.
Upendra Kushwaha quit as a Central Minister in Modi’s cabinet. Kushwaha, the chief of Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP) also resigned as Union Minister of State for Human Resource Development (HRD).
He said that PM Modi failed to fulfill the promise of special package to Bihar state. He also said Modi could not keep social justice promise.
On the other side, a mega opposition meet was held in New Delhi where the leaders from several anti-BJP parties have gathered to discuss a plan to win over the BJP.
The meeting was attended by the leaders of Congress including Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, AP chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu, CM of West Bengal Mamata Banerjee, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, DMK Chief MK Stalin and others.
Another blow came when RBI governor Urjit Patel resigned for personal reasons unexpectedly. Though Urjit said he quit for personal reasons, government said Liquidity, Credit Flow and Controlling of Weak Banks made him to do this.
Keeping this apart, the assembly poll results in five states are just few hours away and exit polls have indicated a very tight contest between BJP and Congress Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. Sensex slumped around 700 points on Monday seems to set its fall on Tuesday too!
