Sudeep’s Role In RRR

Director Rajamouli introduced Kannada actor Sudeep to Tollywood with his film Eega. He played a villain in the film and impressed the Telugu audience in no time. Though he played the role of a villain, his comedy timing was one of the biggest highlights of the film. Later, Rajamouli roped in Sudeep for Baahubali and everyone felt that he might do a crucial role in the movie.

But, unfortunately, Sudeep’s role in Baahubali was not that strong and very short. With this, Sudeep fans got disappointed. Recently, he was seen in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s film Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and did a good job. And now, according to the sources, Rajamouli has again roped in Sudeep to play the role of a police officer in his upcoming big-budget film RRR. It is said that Sudeep appears alongside Ram Charan for a long time in the movie and will have a great impact on the film.

Speaking about RRR, the film features Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, and Daisy Edgar Jones in the lead roles. Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, Olivia Morris, Alison Doody, and Rahul Ramakrishna are playing key roles, while Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn will be seen in an extended cameo. RRR is a fictional story that revolves around India's freedom fighters, Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem, who fought against the British Raj and the Nizam of Hyderabad, respectively.

Bankrolled by D. V. V. Danayya under DVV Entertainments, RRR will have M. M. Keeravani’s music, K. K. Senthil Kumar’s cinematography, and A. Sreekar Prasad’s editing. The movie, made on a huge budget of Rs 300—400 crores, is getting released on 30 July 2020. We have to wait and see if the film lives up to all the hype the makers have created.
