Suriya In ‘Jallikattu’ Film?

Suriya has celebrated his birthday recently. On the occasion, the first look of his upcoming film Vaadi Vasal has been released and went viral in no time. Suriya looked rough and we can see a bull in the backdrop. The story is based on Jallikattu which is quite popular in Tamil Nadu.

According to the latest reports, Vaadi Vasal is based on a popular novel written by writer CS Chellappa in the backdrop of Jallikattu. Vetrimaaran is directing the film while Kalaipuli S Thanu is producing it. The filmmakers said that Vaadi Vasal is a prestigious film.

Suriya on the other side is getting ready to entertain his fans with Soorarai Pottru which is directed by Sudha Kongara. The film in Telugu is titled as Aakasam Nee Hadhura. Suriya and Guneet Monga are jointly producing the film. Telugu actor Mohan Babu is also a part of the film. G.V. Prakash Kumar is the music director.

Suriya is also going to be seen in a biographical drama ‘Rocketry: The Nambi Effect’ in a cameo role. The film is directed by Madhavan and produced by Madhavan and Varghese Moolan. The director himself is making debut as a hero and Simran is the leading lady.
