'Sye Raa' Writer Shares his Views after Watching 'Saaho'

Saaho opened to a gigantic hype across the nation on 30 October, but the movie has gained an average to bad reviews from the audience of different languages. But the fans of the hero are complaining that the movie is being targeted by the fans of other actors to kill the prospects of the movie.
However, many producers and directors of film industry also came up with the comments like an average movie, recently senior writer Paruchuri Gopalakrishna, writer of 'Sye Raa' has shared his comments on the movie and told that he left with huge disappointment.
Although he is happy that this big budget film has recovered its costs (allegedly). And also he told he was sad for some of the mistakes that the director has committed. He says "When it comes to confusing the audience, 'Saaho' falls in the league of Mahesh Babu's movie Nenokkadine".
Also, much activity is seen to be done by the characters played by Sharddha Kapoor and Murli Sharma. "Prabhas himself doesn't do much in some crucial places (referring to the traffic jam shoot-out scene)," says Paruchuri.
He also told that "The climax is so long that it went on and on every time I thought it would be over in 10 minutes. It's an avoidable 34-minute stretch." "The film's revenge aspect doesn't give emotional connect, because Prabhas' motivations are revealed only in the last leg of the film".
Paruchuri said that he was expecting to watch a James Bond-type movie," but 'Saaho' is nothing but a 'Baahubali'. If you see the story properly, it's in the league of a 'Baahubali'," he says. He also told that the movie, 'Simhadri' was first offered to Balakrishna. "Balayya Babu didn't accept the script, as he felt that it deals with 'crime and punishment' template".
