Telangana CM Rao Promises A ‘Sensation’ In National Politics

TRS president and CM KCR promised a “sensation in national politics” after his affairs with Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and former Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav in the national capital.
After a visit to a Government School in Delhi, his comment assumes significance as it followed closed-door confabulations with Akhilesh Yadav at his Delhi residence on Saturday. KCR is trying to firm up an alternative plan for the nation and like-minded opposition parties.
On Saturday, he visited a govt school and mohalla clinic with AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal. During his meeting with Akhilesh, KCR reportedly discussed national politics and the need to put up a united fight against the BJP-led Central government.
He also discussed an alternative political agenda, the need to battle ‘bias’ against non-BJP governments, and the upcoming presidential election, sources told reputed media channels. The sources said that KCR also praised Akhilesh for Samajwadi Party’s creditable performance in the UP elections, even though his party failed to secure power.
To media queries on his meeting with Akhilesh, the TRS president said, “when political leaders meet, they discuss politics.” He, however, did not elaborate on his “sensation in politics” remark.
“This is like a wildfire. If you don’t stop, it will spread to other states, the biggest threat to national integration. You have seen how BJP played the communal card in UP elections,”
KCR told the former CM. TRS sources said Akhilesh also agreed with the TRS chief.
