Telangana HC To Hear Jagan's Case On February 12

The Telangana High Court heard the plea filed by AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy to exempt him from personal appearance before the CBI court every Friday. Jagan moved to Telangana High Court with the CBI special court, not granting his exemption in this case even after filing repeated pleas.
Earlier the CBI court had canceled his pleas against appearing personally before the court two times till now. The case was further postponed to the 12th of this month. This is not the first time the case got postponed.
On the CBI counsel’s plea to grant more time for filing a counter affidavit in the petitions filed by AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Telangana High Court on Thursday adjourned the case hearing to Feb 12.
When the petition filed by Jagan came up for hearing before Justice G Sri Devi, CBI counsel K Surender urged the court to grant some time for filing a counter affidavit in the case.
The judge directed the CBI to file its counter affidavit on Feb 6 in the 11 petitions filed by Jagan seeking to quash the order of the trial court and to dispense with his appearance before the trial court and to allow his advocate to appear on his behalf during a hearing of criminal proceedings
Jagan attending the CBI court every Friday has allowed the opposition to mock YS Jagan that how a CM going to court every week can rule the state.
