Telugu Desam Party Caught in 'Pawan Kalyan' Trap!

When the MLC election results came out in March, the Telugu Desam Party was on a high. It was a big deal to win two seats and one in the Rayalaseema area. Then, everyone was shocked by how well the party did in the MLC race to fill the MLA quota.

The group was inspired even more by Yuva Galam Padyatra and Chandrababu's tours of the districts.

After losing in 2019, this was the best time for TDP. But then Pawan Kalyan came and changed everything. When the question of partnership came up, it gave YSR Congress a chance to change the public's mind.

The TDP and the media outlets that back it also have the bad habit of giving Pawan Kalyan room whenever he falls. This time, Pawan Kalyan stayed on the ground for a little bit too long, which made things worse.

Also, he said different things about the partnership at different times, which made things even more confusing.

The YSR Congress was able to make it so that the TDP needs a union in order to have a chance. At the same time, fake polls were made to make it look like YSRCP is very strong.

The next step would be for the first list of candidates to be made public on Dussehra. If Jagan does this, it will be a big blow to the confidence of the Opposition.

At the same time, it's not clear how ready TDP is on the front because the relationships aren't clear. If Jagan does the same thing as KCR and pulls out the first list, Chandrababu will be the one to get it.
