‘Thalaivi’ Glimpse – Makeup Went Wrong!

After the release of the first look of ‘Thalaivi’, the biopic of Jayalalitha, within no time, the makers have released a glimpse of Kangana on how she turned from a beautiful actress to a politician. The video has fetched a considerable number of views on YouTube, but the more negative comments may surprise you. In the video, we can see Kangana dancing for the music in which she looked like an animated character. And there is no way she looked like Tamil Nadu Ex-CM Jayalalitha (late). And then makers have shown the changed look of her when she entered politics and this is even horrible!

Kangana Ranaut practiced Bharatanatyam, learned Tamil and underwent prosthetics for her make-up. The prosthetics went wrong and she doesn’t match Jayalalitha to 20 to 30 percent at least. And now, it is a must that Kangana should change her makeup, otherwise, the chances for the film to become hit are very low. We have to see how makers and Kangana will respond after listening to these reviews from viewers.

To play the role of Jayalalitha’s mentor MG Ramachandran, Aravind Swamy has been roped in. Prakash Raj is playing the role of Kalaignar M Karunanidhi in the film. Vijay is directing the film while Vishnu Vardhan Induri and Shailesh R Singh are bankrolling the film. Vishal Vittal is the cinematographer. The movie will be hitting the screens on 26^th June 2020.
