The AP High Court denies parole for Naidu in the Angallu violence, IRR, and Fibernet cases
Monday, the Andhra Pradesh High Court dismissed all of Chandrababu Naidu's petitions for anticipatory parole in the Angallu violence, Inner Ring Road, and Fibernet cases, which came as a rude surprise to the former chief minister and TDP national president. The verdict was announced by the court not long ago.
After lunch, the Vijayawada ACB Court will render a decision on Chandrababu Naidu's parole and custody petition in the Skill Development case. To this extent, the ACB judge informed the attorneys, and all eyes are on the ACB court. It appears that the ACB court is awaiting the Supreme Court's ruling on Naidu's petition to dismiss the Skill development case.
Additionally, the ACB court will presumably hear the PT warrant petitions against Naidu in the afternoon. The ACB court has already concluded three days of arguments regarding bail and custody, during which the CID advocate argued that further questioning of Naidu was necessary, while Naidu's attorney argued that there was no need for custody because Naidu had no role in the Skill development case and requested bail.
