This Actress Missed Out On Bollywood Debut

Recently, it was reported that Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna would be acting in the Hindi remake of the hit movie Jersey and this news grabbed plenty of attention. Sadly, things did not work out and fans left out with disappointed.

Initially, there was a buzz that, the actress had turned down the offer due to the date issues. However, as per the latest reports, talks broke down as the Chalo heroine demanded a huge remuneration, giving the makers a big shock and now the makers have roped in actress Mrunal Thakur to reprise Shraddha Srinath's role from the original version.

Jersey film was a sports-drama that featured Nani in the lead role and revolved around a 36-year-old cricketer, who makes a comeback with shocking circumstances. In it, Shraddha played the role of Nani's wife and got a decent scope to showcase her acting skills. As such, many feel that the young beauty has missed a good opportunity.

Currently, Rashmika is busy with her movies, Sarileru Neekevvaru and the upcoming project of Sukumar and Allu Arjun. The actress also has a Kannada project in her kitty.
