‘This’ Hero in Geetha Govindam Hindi Remake!

Vijay Deverakonda’s Geetha Govindam is one of the best movies in his career. It has fetched a huge fan following for him from all types of the audience! With this film, this hero has proved that he also fits for family entertainers. Earlier, with Pelli Chupulu and Arjun Reddy, Vijay has become a youth icon and now, he is being loved by elders too, for his amazing performance in Geetha Govindam. Equal credits should be given to Rashmika Mandanna, who looked innocent and tough at the same time, in the movie. The film has collected above Rs 100 crores at the box office!

And now, Bollywood is going to utilize the wonderful chance by remaking this film. The Hindi remake rights of Geetha Govindam are bought by director Rohit Shetty who earlier remade the film Temper in Hindi, starring Ranveer Singh. The film in Hindi is titled ‘Simmba’ and it has achieved super success! According to the recent sources, Rohit Shetty has locked Shahid Kapoor’s brother Ishaan Khatter as the hero for Geetha Govindam’s remake. The title is yet to be out.

Earlier, Shahid Kapoor was starred in the remake of Vijay Deverakonda’s ‘Arjun Reddy’ which in Hindi is titled as ‘Kabir Singh’. This Hindi remake is made with a budget of Rs 60 crores and has collected Rs 372.30 crores at the box office.
