This Is A Big Loss Overall For RRR, Says Bollywood Director

Bollywood director Anees Bazmee’ upcoming Bollywood project Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is scheduled to be released on 25th March 2022, but he is not sure whether the film will manage to release on its scheduled date, as there’s a huge spike in COVID-19 cases in India, and many states have shut down cinema Halls.

Recently during a media interaction, Anees Bazmee made sensational comments on Rajamouli’s directional venture RRR starring Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn. He talked about the filmmakers who had to postpone their movie releases, he said “Look at the films such as RRR and Jersey, they did so many promotions, if you look at it, it’s like a waste of money and they will have to do this all over again when they plan to release the movie. This is a big loss.

The people will lose their interest and curiosity around the film if the film promotions are done again and again. It is very difficult to create the magic around the film again. We are running in the losses and it was already difficult to recover our money with 50 % occupancy in theatres.”

We are aware of the news that RRR was scheduled to hit the screens on 7th January but the release has been postponed, The statement regarding the new release date will be made very soon.
