This Singer Remuneration Is Rs 4 Lakh Per Song

The Indian-American music producer, playback singer, and writer Sid Sriram is one of the famous name in Tollywood film Industry. He has gained popularity in India with the song Adiye, crooned for the soundtrack of Kadal, which was scored by Oscar award winning music composer AR Rahman.
As per the close sources to Sid Sriram, it was revealed that he used to charge about 4 lakh per song and now he is charging about 4.5 lakh along with the GST per song. Sriram records only one song a week and he is known for signing the song which he likes.
Sid Sriram started his singing career by releasing original numbers for about eight years. But it was AR Rahman’ “Adiye”, for Mani Ratnam’s Kadal in 2013, which brought him fame and limelight and he became a household name after the songs “Thalli Pogathey”, which took India’ music scene by storm.
Sid Sriram’ popular songs are Samajavaragamana, InkemInkem, Thalli Pogathey, Maruvaarthai, Yennai Maatrum Kadhale, Kurumba, Kannaana Kanney, Thaarame Thaarame, Parayuvaan, etc. He has also worked for some Malayalam songs like Uyire. The singer has even released a Single Album Po Po Yen which was scored by AH Kaashif.
