Tollywood Makers Sets Time Gap Between Theatrical And OTT Release

In the midst of holding crucial discussions about issues evolving in the film industry these days, the active makers guild has revealed a crucial update about OTT releases. There have been many discussions and developments made by the makers council since weeks.

Now, one of the most useful settlements has come to limelight and it is known that the Active Producers Guild agreed to an 8-week gap between the film releases from their theatrical releases and the producers unanimously announced that films will arrive on OTT platforms, only after 8 weeks of their theatrical releases.

They also stressed that this rule is applicable for all kinds of films, whether they are hits or flops. Also, some other makers have agreed to revise the OTT deals for the forthcoming biggest movies. The character actors will not be paid on a regular basis and the remuneration would be per movie and more confirmations will be announced soon in the further days.
