Two More Polling Stations In Re-Polling
A turbulence was created by Telugu Desam party, after the polling took place in Chandragiri constituency at 11TH April the first phase of the election. There were reports submitted on which Election commission decided to re-poll in 5 constituencies, now EC had added two more.
All of these 7 constituencies will go for re-polling on 19th May, from 7 am to 6 pm, in the polling booths of Kammapalli, N R Kammapalli, Pulivarthipalli, Kothakandriga, Venkatrama Puram villages, Kuppam Baduru and Kaluru of Ramachandrapuram block in the district, falling under Chandragiri assembly constituency and Chittoor Lok Sabha constituency.
The re-polling was decided after there were reports of complaints from YSR Congress party candidate Reddy that sections of villagers were not allowed to vote in some villages.
There was already a re-polling in other 5 polling stations in three districts on 6th May.
According to TDP president Naidu, he wondered the ECs decision of re-polling and that the decision of re-polling was unrivaled.
