Two Star Actors In Drishyam 2 Remake?

Victory Venkatesh in recent times is more prone towards the remakes and his recent films barring F2 are remakes and the actor has scored hits with these remake films. Currently, Naarappa, which is a remake of the Tamil blockbuster movie Asuran is waiting for the release on May 14th. Venkatesh is also essaying the lead role in F3, which is a sequel to F2.

It was earlier reported that the actor, Venkatesh has given a green signal for the remake of the recently released film, Drishyam 2 in which Mohanlal essayed the lead role. The film, Drishyam 2 had a direct OTT release. The movie has received tremendous talk and the film’s original director Jeetu Joseph is going to helm this film as well in Telugu. Suresh Productions is going to bankroll the project.

The film launched recently and the regular shoot of the film will commence very soon. The latest update about the film is that Rana Daggubati and Samantha will be seen in crucial roles in the film. The first part of the Dhrushyam starring Venkatesh Daggubati, Meena and Nadhiya, was directed by Supriya, which was released in the year 2014, was received a positive response from both critics and the audience at the box office. It seems like Jeethu Joseph will retain the principal star cast of Drushyam, while the makers are yet to announce the new addition to the cast.
